Our Attorneys

I am Dylan W. Greenwood, a Winston-Salem defense, family, and immigration attorney and I serve clients throughout Forsyth County, surrounding communities and across North Carolina.

I was born and raised in Winston-Salem. I studied law at Wake Forest University and am happy to be practicing criminal law, family law, and immigration law in my home state.

The hallmarks of my practice are strong advocacy, attention to detail and exceptional client service. I give each and every client the time and attention he or she deserves. I work with clients personally to help them understand their rights and options.

I take pride in the relationships I have built with prosecutors and judges because I know they work in my clients' favor. The relationships I have built and continue to maintain ensure that my clients' side of story gets heard, leading to a fairer outcome in the end.

If you are looking for a good defense, family, or immigration lawyer who cares about your case, I am here to provide you with the representation you need. I will fight to the end for you if necessary.

While this website is focused on my criminal law, family law, and immigration law practice, I also handle general litigation, appeals and estate planning matters.

I am Kathryn Muhlenkamp, a Winston-Salem estate planning, elder law, and special needs attorney. I serve clients throughout Forsyth County, surrounding communities and across North Carolina.

I am a North Carolina native - growing up outside of Raleigh, attending college at Elon University, and studying law at Wake Forest University.

The hallmarks of my practice are strong advocacy, attention to detail and exceptional client service. I give each and every client the time and attention he or she deserves. I work with clients personally to help them understand their rights and options with estate planning, elder law, and special needs.

I have a broad practice area that ranges from wills, trust, and powers of attorney, to special needs planning, long term care, elder law, and end of life decisions.

Being an attorney is a lot like being a teacher. The law is confusing, but I enjoy boiling down legal issues for my clients and explaining them in such a way that is simple to understand and approachable. I want my clients to learn something when they meet with me. I want them to feel confident that they understand their options and have chosen the best plan that is unique to their situation.

No two clients are alike, and I do not believe one plan fits every client. When you meet with me, I want to get to know you. I want to learn about your family, your plans, your goals, and then help you achieve those goals. Some clients meet with me for the first time knowing exactly what they want, and they want to move forward as quickly as possible. Others, have never met with an attorney or they have never thought about their financial plan or end of life decisions. They need more time to discuss their options and consider what is most important to them. No matter what your situation - I want to make you feel comfortable and empowered.
